The location is walking distance to the front street. It is on the water so you can enjoy both easily. The breakfast is amazing. Zeffie is a great host. The manager and housekeeping are great as well. Zeffie tried to make sure everyone gets the attention they need, her and her staff are very accommodating. I would go just to visit her.
